Addressing the support tickets raised by the learners is of utmost importance. And now you can do that right from your admin account without needing to use any additional services. Here's how you can do it,

  • Click on "Manage" in your admin account and click on support requests
  • Now click on the ticket to which you want to reply to,
  • Now click on reply button to send your replies regarding the support ticket

Note: Email notification for reply will be sent to Learner only if the Email is verified
