Follow the steps below to complete the setup and securely share the required details with your developer team. ### Part 1: Set Up Google Cloud Console - Log in to [Google Play Console](https://play.google.com/console/) using the Gmail account that owns your developer account. - **Open Google Cloud Console.** - In a new tab (Use Same Browser), open [Google Cloud Console](https://console.cloud.google.com/) and sign in with the same Gmail account. - **Select or create a project.** - Click the project dropdown at the top of the page. A JSON credentials file will be downloaded to your computer. Share it through your organization's approved secure file-sharing method rather than through WhatsApp or regular email. Do not share it publicly or commit it to a source code repository.
