How To Add Subscription Plans To Your Segment

Please make sure you have created and enabled the subscription model before proceeding.

Note that you need to create the subscription plan relevant to the segment before you can add it within the segment.

Note:

  • Currently subscription feature works only on web.

  • Subscription feature for android and iOS app is in beta. So, if you have a web+ mobile app enabled, you may not be able to see the subscriptions.

    • To get subscriptions for your mobile apps, please contact our sales team.

  • Subscription feature in segment is also in beta.

How To Add Subscription Plans Within Segments

  • Now, click on the add contents button in the segment creation flow.

  • Click on the Add Products button

  • Now, add the subscription as your product into your segment and click on Save changes.

  • Now, click on Publish to make the segment go LIVE.

How Students Will View Subscriptions

  • After publishing the subscription, let us login to the academy as a student and click on a segment

  • Now, click any course and click on the Go Premium button.

  • On the next screen, you will find the subscription and the tiers.

  • Read this guide to know how your learners can purchase courses when you switch to subscriptions.
