Backup Your Course

Learnyst allows you to create a backup of your course content for safekeeping. You can back up an entire course or select specific sections and lessons. Once the backup is generated, a download link is sent to your verified email address.

 

  • To back up your course, log in to your Learnyst admin account.

  • Navigate to Manage → Course Backup.

  • Select the course you want to back up.

  • Choose the sections and lessons you want to include in the backup and click the Backup button.

  • To verify your identity, click Send OTP. An OTP will be sent to your verified email address.

  • Enter the OTP and click Verify OTP.

  • Once the OTP is verified, click Confirm.

  • Finally, click Backup to start generating the course backup.

  • After the backup is created, you will receive an email containing the download link for your course backup.

  • Only the School Owner can create and download course backups. This feature is not available for sub-admins.

  • The backup download link sent via email is valid for 2 days, so make sure to download the backup before it expires.
