Check Your Play Store App Reviews and Ratings
Your Android app users will rate and evaluate your app on Google Play; a good rating and reviews will ensure that your app appears at the top of future user searches. You can read and reply to their ratings and reviews.
- To access your Play Store app review and ratings, go to your search bar and enter: play.google.com/console/u/0/developers/8902828615430275337/app-list.

Log in to the site with your username and password.
Note: If the default mail ID used in your system is different from your login ID, please log out of your other Google accounts before signing in.
- You will land on the Learnyst organisation account. Now select your app from the list.
- Now you can see your app's Play Store dashboard. Now, go to the monitor and Improve from the left sidebar. Then, select Ratings and Reviews from the dropdown menu.
- Now, choose the Rating option. Here you can see your app's ratings on the Play Store.
- Then select the Review option. On this page, you can read all of your users' reviews. Also, you can reply to their reviews.
Your response takes some time to show on the Play Store review page.
- You can additionally analyse your app's reviews by selecting the Reviews Analysis option.
- By following these steps, you can view, reply to, and analyse your app's ratings and reviews.
