Create a Community Space in Socials

A Community Space provides a dedicated area for community posts and engagement. The post layout can be configured using Card View, List View, or Grid View.

Steps to Create a Community Space

Step 1: Open the Socials Dashboard

Go to the Socials Dashboard to create a new Community Space.

Step 2: Click Create

Click the Create button in the top-left corner of the dashboard.

Step 3: Select Space

Select the Space option from the Create menu.

Step 4: Select Community

Choose Community as the Space type. and select product and select the particular community

Step 5: Configure the Space

Configure the required Space details, including the Icon, Name, Space Group, and Visibility settings.

Step 6: Select the Post View

Choose the preferred Post View for the Community Space:

  • Card View
  • List View
  • Grid View

Step 7: Create the Community Space

Click Create Space and complete the required configuration to create the Community Space.
