Create a Free Pricing Plan

If the school wants to offer products for free, they must add a free pricing plan to those products. Here's how you associate a course with a free pricing plan.

• Go to the product settings and select Pricing & Validity under Pricing and Permissions.

• Click Add Pricing Plan and choose free plan.

• Enter the relevant details:

1. 1. Plan Title – Name of the pricing plan
   2. Small Description – Short summary of the plan
   3. Long Description – Detailed explanation of the plan
   4. Privacy:
      • Public – Visible to all learners
      • Private – Accessible only to specific learners you invite

         

   5. Validity Options
      1. Set Validity – Enter the number of days the learner will have access
      2. Set Expiry – Select a specific date when access will end
         
         
   6. Location – Select applicable regions (if required)
   7. Renewal Plan – Link a plan for renewal after expiry
   8. Enable Allow Re-enroll, which gives learners the option to enroll in the same free plan multiple times. 

   9. Plan Type

      • Normal – Available for new learners
      • Renewal – Available only for learners renewing their access

• Finally, click on Add Pricing Plan, and it will be saved as a draft.
