Create and send questions for review.

The Question Review Flow allows instructors to not only create questions but also send them to reviewers for approval or rejection. This ensures that every question meets your academy’s standards and quality checks before being published.

  • To create a question and submit it for evaluation, go to the Review Flow under Products.

  • Now, click the Create button.

  • Create different question types. Select the desired question type.
  • Write the questions, answers, options, and explanations.
  • Additionally, you can set up marks, difficulty level, and tags.
  • Click the Save button.

  • To submit this question for review, click the Send For Review button.

  • The "Send for Review" button will only appear after saving.
  • Once sent for review, you cannot edit the question until the reviewer either approves or rejects it.

  • To modify the approved question, select the desired question and then click the "Edit Question" button.

  • Then click the Create New Version button.

  • Edit the instruction, question, answer, options, and other settings except for the marks. 

If a student answers the previous version, the old version score will only be replicated on their results. New version score will not update in their result.

  • Click the Save button. Version 2 will be added to the Draft. 
  • Then click the "Send for Review" button.
  • Once the reviewer accepts version 2, it will replace version 1 in all products. 
  • To send any question from any product for review, navigate to the desired question, click the 3-dot icon, and click the Move to review flow button.

  • Now the reviewer can review the question and approve or reject it.
