Create the Whatsapp templates.

On the Learnyst platform, you can customise your marketing WhatsApp template.


  • You can create message templates when you've created a WhatsApp business API account and connected it to your learnyst school. 
  • To build a new template for WhatsApp Messenger, navigate to Marketing >> Messenger >> Whatsapp.
  • Then click the More button and choose the Manage template option.
  • Now, you can see a list of previous templates on this page. Now, click the Create Template button. 
  • On this page you can customise the marketing WhatsApp template. First, enter the template name and category.
  • Then select the message's header. We offer some header options. Now I've picked the Image and uploaded the desired image.
  •  Type the message's body here. 
  • Enter any description or notes in the footer field. 
  • Then, add buttons to engage your learners and encourage them to take action. 
  • Now, select the appropriate button option and customise it. 
  • You can preview your message template after you've made it. Then click the Save and Submit buttons. 
  • Once you've submitted the template, the WhatsApp team will check it. If the template goes against the meta guidelines, it will be rejected.
  • Once they have approved the template, you can send the prepared template message to attract more students to your course. 
  • When you edit the content of this template, you must submit it to the WhatsApp team for verification.
