Edit System Email

System emails are automated emails sent to learners based on specific actions or events, such as course enrollment, payments, password resets, or notifications. These emails help you communicate important updates without manual effort.

  • To customize a system email, go to Marketing → System Email

  • Select the email you want to edit

  • Click on Edit Template

  • Make the required changes to the email content

  • Click the Save button

  • If you wish to get back to the default template, click the Reset to default button.
  • You can also preview or test the email before using it.
