Your have more than 20 students appearing for their final exams a week from now. But unfortunately, their courses are getting expired today.

Don't be alarmed. There is an easy fix to extending expiry dates of your learners in bulk.

Using the excel template that we used for uploading learners in bulk, you can change course expiry dates as well.

Let us see how to extend expiry dates in this support article.

  • Login into Learnyst and go to Users>Learners.

  • Now, click on the Import button on the top navbar.

  • In the pop-up window, you will find the sample import format for importing learners to your website. Click on it.

As soon as you click on it, the file gets downloaded. Open the file.

  • You can see the learner template file below.

To add a learner to the excel sheet, fill in the name, email id, and password. Once done, scroll towards the right side.

On the right-side, you will find a column called Validity. Enter the new date in Year-Month-Day format.

Repeat the same process for other learners, and come up with a list like this.

Hope this helped you to update expiry dates in bulk.
