Starting from Chrome version 53 onwards Flash player plugin in chrome browser is disabled by default.
Here is the general procedure to enable flash player in chrome browser :
- Open Google chrome browser and open new tab
- Enter chrome://plugins in address bar and hit enter
- Enable Adobe Flash Player
- Check Always allowed to run Check Box
- Restart chrome browser
