This article will help you enable an Apple Signup option on your course website. Students will now be able to use their Apple Id's to signup to your academy.

Note: You must have apple sign-in enabled in your iOS apps.


Steps To Activate Apple Signup On Your Website

  • Go to your admin dashboard and open Signup settings from Users

  • Click near the Apple checkbox to enable the configure button

  • Open Apple Developer Program link

  • Signin to your Apple developer account and open the certificates tab

  • Select identifiers and choose the service id option

  • Here go to certificates & click + near the identifier to create a new service id

  • Give a name within the description, identifier field and click continue to register.

    So, if your website URL is studio.learnyst.com, then for identifier use com.learnyst.studio.

    Note: This is just a standard syntax that is followed for entering the identifier URL.

  • Now open the newly created service id. Select the Sign In With Apple option and click configure

  • Here, select your primary app id and also enter your domain name without https

  • Next, go to your learnyst User signup settings and copy the redirect URL

  • Next, paste this URL within the Sign In configuration in your apple developer account. Now click on next, to proceed with the changes.

  • Now, click continue and Save to proceed to the next step

  • Now copy the identifier

  • Paste the id within your learnyst dashboard and click on Update

  • You have now successfully configured your Apple Sign Up. Remember to select the tick mark to enable it.

  • Now your students can successfully signup to your academy using Apple's Signup
