In this article, I will show you how to integrate Pabbly with Learnyst and track course purchases and signups.


Create an Account in Pabbly

  • First, signup to Pabbly and create your account.

  • Now, go to your dashboard and select the pabbly connect option.


Create a Purchase Workflow

  • Now, click on create workflow.

  • Now give a proper name to the workflow.

  • Here, within Trigger, type in Learnyst and select the Learnyst App.

  • Pabbly provides you with 7 events like Signups, Purchase, Enrollments etc. You can select any of these events listed. e.g: Purchase

  • Pabbly will give you a code. Now, let's see how to paste the code in Learnyst.


How to Access Pabbly and Initiate Purchase Event

  • From your admin dashboard go to marketing and click on App integrations.

  • Select Pabbly within App integrations.

  • Here, you can go to the respective event (e.g: Purchase) and paste the code.

  • You will now get the response received form within pabbly. This confirms that the event is initiated. Now, let's see how to setup actions.


How to Setup Actions Using Pabbly

After the purchase is done, you can setup actions like Sending a thank you email to your students. To do that,

  • Click on the plus sign to add an action and select the Learnyst app.

  • Now, using Pabbly you can select 2 types of actions. ie: Signup and Purchase. Lets select Purchase.

  • Next, click on Connect. and click on Add new connections.

  • Next, go to App integrations within Learnyst and click on Settings.

  • Copy this school id and API key

  • And Paste this key within Pabbly.

  • Now, fill in the details and click on the Save and Send Test Request

  • You will now be able to track

  • To create another event like Signup, create a new workflow named Signup and copy the code.

  • Now, paste this code within Learnyst under Signup event.

  • In a similar way, you can repeat the same steps to create other events.
