Forcibly log a learner out of all devices they are currently signed into

If you need to forcibly log out a learner from all devices due to security concerns or administrative reasons, follow the below steps:

 
  • Log in to your Learnyst admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to Users > Learners.
  • Click the learner you want to sign out

    Profile Details of a Learner
  • Click More > Force Sign out.

    Change a learners password or send password reset emails to learners (2)

  • The learner login session would be successfully reset.
