Using test grading, you can create grades based on your students percentage scores and show specific messages. The grades will also support decimal pointers like this:

First-Class

Good. You have scored a first-class
To do that, let us click on a mock-test
Click on the settings
Click on grading and select add grading.
Here you can enter grades, insert custom messages, URL's and also upload images for a specific grades
Likewise, you can create specific targeted test grades based on your students scores.
Next time, a student takes your test, he/she will see the grades in their test reports
