Inside the course builder, you can create sections to group your lessons/chapters or tests together. Here is how you can create a section in course builder.

Login into Learnyst as admin and go to Courses. Create a new course or select any existing course

In course builder page click on Add Section button on left panel or drag and drop the Add Section button to the right panel which says "Drag and drop sections here"

This will prompt you to enter the section name. Edit and enter the section name and click on Save button. Now your section is added to the course
