How to Create Spaces and Space Groups in Socials
Spaces and Space Groups help organize content and features within Socials. A Space represents a specific topic, subject, or use case, while a Space Group is a collection of Spaces organized together.
Follow these steps to create a Space in Socials:
Step 1: Open the Socials Dashboard
Go to the Socials Dashboard to manage and create Spaces.

Step 2: Click Create
Click the Create button in the top-left corner of the dashboard and select Space.

Step 3: Select the Space Type
Select the required Space type from the available options:
- Learning: Add learning content such as courses, mock tests, test series, webinars, and podcasts.
- Community: Add community-based content such as Telegram and community posts.
- Utility: Add useful resources such as Store, Enrollments, Events, and external links.

Step 4: Select the Content or Use Case
For Learning, select the required content type and then select the specific content. For example, after selecting Courses, select the particular course to be added to the Space. and click Next

Select the relevant use case based on the selected Space type.
Step 5: Configure the Space
Configure the Space by selecting the Icon, entering the Name, selecting the associated Space Group, and setting the required Visibility.

Step 6: Create the Space
Complete the required configuration and create the Space. The new Space will be available in the selected Space Group.
Create a Space Group
Follow these steps to create a Space Group:
Step 1: Open the Create Menu
From the Socials Dashboard, click the Create button and select Space Group.

Step 2: Select the Space Group Type
Select the required Space Group type:
- General: Start with an empty group and add Spaces manually.
- Batch: Create a ready-made group with default Spaces for batches.
- Bundle: Create a ready-made group with default Spaces for a specific bundle.

Step 3: Configure the Space Group
After selecting the Space Group type, customize the Icon, Name, Placement, and Visibility settings.

Step 4: Select the Placement
Choose where the Space Group should appear:
- Sidebar
- Navbar
If Sidebar is selected, choose the default sidebar state as Collapsed or Extended.

Step 5: Create the Space Group
Click Create to create the Space Group. Spaces can then be organized within the newly created group.
