You can embed videos to your courses from other sources like youtube, vimeo, dacast. I will tell you how to embed videos from these sources.
Hint: To embed youtube, vimeo or dacast videos in your lesson keep the video URLs handy.

In admin interface go to Courses > [your course] > Course Builder > [your lesson] > lesson builder

In lesson builder click on Embed video from youtube or vimeo button.

Enter the URL of the video you wish to embed and click on Embed button
