Import new Learners to a products

If a learner prefers not to pay online or on the platform, they can be enrolled directly into our school via Offline Payments. 

Importing New Learners:

  • Go to the Users > Learners
  • Click More > Import Learners.

  • Download the import template provided.

  • Update the details in the correct columns. (Our team has introduced a new mandatory column, "MarkAsComplete" in the learner course enrollment import template)

If Any column is missing, the learner import will fail with a Missing Column error. 

The MarkAsComplete column accepts the following values:

  • Yes – Marks the all lesson inside the course as completed.
  • No – Does not mark all the lessons inside the course as completed.
  • Blank – Treated as No by default.
  • Click the Upload button and upload it.
