Import quiz questions from the Excel for mock test

You can import quiz questions from the Excel file on the Learnyst platform in a few easy steps.

To import questions from Excel, remove all of the questions from the section quiz.

    Import Questions from Excel

    Follow the steps below to import quiz questions using an Excel file:

    1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

    2. Navigate to Content > Mock Test.

    3. Select the desired mock test.

    4. Click on the More option.

    5. Select Import from the dropdown.

    6. Click on Import from Excel.

    Download and Prepare File

    1. Click on the Download Sample Template link.

    2. Fill in the Excel file with questions, options, and answers as per the format.

    Upload and Import

    1. Click on the Upload button to upload the file.

    2. Click on the Import button.

    Review and Fix Errors

    1. Review the imported questions and answers.

    2. Check for any errors or missing parameters highlighted on the screen.

    3. Update the Excel file to fix the errors.

    4. Click on Re-Verify to validate the corrected file.

    Publish Questions

    1. Once all issues are resolved, click on the Publish button.

    The questions are successfully imported into the quiz section.
