Analyzing Learner Performance with Insights

To access learner performance and progress insights, follow these steps:

• Navigate to Users > Learners in your admin dashboard.
  
  
• Click on the learner details for which you wish to view insights.
• In the learner's profile, click on the Insights tab.
  
  

Once in the Insights section, you can analyze the following performance metrics:

• Course Quiz Scores This section displays the learner's quiz scores, allowing you to track their performance and identify areas for additional support or reinforcement.
  
  
• Mock Test Scores View learner's scores for mock tests to assess readiness and identify knowledge gaps.
  
  
• Test Series Scores Test series are comprehensive practice tests covering a broad range of topics. The Test Series Scores section gives an overview of learner performance on these assessments.
  
  
• Bundle Quiz Scores Monitor learner's scores for quizzes which are part of the bundles the learner is enrolled into.
  
  

The Insights section can be used to identify high-performing learners who may benefit from advanced learning opportunities or recognition for their achievements.
