Learner Profile Overview

The Learner Profile section in your Learnyst admin dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your enrolled learners and their activities

Here's what you can do:

1. Access Learner List:
   
   • Navigate to Users > Learners to view a list of all learners enrolled in your institution.
     
     
   • You can see learner details such as name, email, phone number, and enrollment information.
2. Add Learner:
   • Manually add a learner by entering their email and selecting the desired product or course.
     
     
     
     
   • For bulk enrollment, click More > Import Learners to upload an Excel sheet with learner details.
     
     
3. Learner Profile:
   • Click on any learner's name to access their detailed profile.
     
     
   • View their enrollment history, total amount paid, active devices, and more.
     
     
4. Learner Activities:
   • Check the courses a learner is enrolled in.
     
     
   • View their certifications earned and community participation.
     
     
5. Enroll learners to Products:
   • Click Add Product to enroll the selected learner in a new course or product.
   • Choose between Paid or Trial (free) access types.
6. Learner Insights:
   • Monitor the learner's progress through mock test scores, quiz performance, and other metrics.
     
     
     
     

By leveraging the Learner Profile section, you can efficiently manage learner enrollments, track their activities, and gain insights into their progress, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience on your Learnyst platform.
