Learnyst Tracks Overview

A Track in Learnyst is a Track type designed specifically for delivering live classes to learners. Unlike regular Tracks that include multiple types of content (videos, PDFs, quizzes, etc.), tracks focus only on scheduled live sessions, making them ideal for Batch/cohort-based training programs.

Tracks are created as live-class-only products and are then attached to batches. Once a track is added to a batch:

• Learners enrolled in the batch can access the scheduled live sessions
• Educators can conduct classes at specific dates and times
• The entire learning experience happens through live interaction

This setup allows you to manage and deliver live training programs efficiently.

Create a Track

• Go to the Products > Tracks
• Click the "Create" button 
• Enter the Track title and Instructor.
• Then select the Content Security option.
• Click the Create button. 
• Click the Add Section button and enter the section title
• Click the save button. 
  
  

Add a Live class to the Tracks

• Go to the Products > Tracks > Desired Track
• Click the Add Lesson button. 
• Now, enter the lesson title, select Live lesson, and click the Continue button.
• Configure the live class
• Click the Save button.
  
  

Publish the Track

• Go to the Products > Tracks > Desired Track
• Click the More > Settings Button
• Select the Publish Track option. 
• Now, select the Live option and click the Save button.
• Your Track is now visible to your learners, along with a price plan. 
  
  

Delete the Track

• Return to the Settings page
• Choose the Delete Track option.
• Enter the Track name correctly 
• Click the Delete button.
• On the confirmation pop-up, click the Delete Track button.
