Create a Package 1:1 Tutoring Session

To create a one-on-one tutoring Go to the Products and choose the 1:1 tutoring option.
Then press the "Create" button.
Now choose the Booking Type after entering the title and description.
- Demo: The learner can choose the time and date. (Only one Demo 1:1 tutoring can be created.)
- Package: Package: Only the administrator can choose the time and date once the student purchases the one-on-one tutoring. You can make several one-on-one tuition sessions. The learner can book the session through the fast checkout link only.
I've now chosen the package kind. Then click the "Create" button after making your selection.
The 1:1 tutoring demo has now been created.
Now, click the Instructors and then click the Add instructor button to choose the instructors for this one-on-one.
Next, choose the instructors.
To set up the instructor's availability, navigate to the Availability section and choose the instructor.
Here, you can now customise the educator's availability. Additionally, instructors and super admins can change the time and date of their unavailability and click "Save".
Then go to the Products and click the Add Products button.
Now, you can choose any products to help learners during 1:1 sessions and add the diagnostic test to determine the learner's strengths and weaknesses.
After everything is configured, go to Settings to adjust price, duration, FAQs, and other details.
And while creating the pricing plan, you can set up how many 1:1 sessions you will conduct in that package.
Once everything is set up, you can publish the demo 1:1 tutoring.
So, the learner can purchase the 1:1 package through the fast checkout link.
Once a student has purchased a 1:1 tutoring session, the administrator may view the learner's booking information on the Learners option. Then click the learner's name to book a session for them.
Now click the Create Session button.
Now, you can select the date and time for the 1:1 tutoring, then click the 'Book Session' button.
Once you have created the session, you can see the session on the Home page. Now click the Assign Instructor button.
Then select the instructor and Zoom user.
After an instructor is assigned, the session moves to the Upcoming tab.
Admins and instructors can click Join Now to start the live class.
If an instructor is not assigned, the session will be flagged under Urgent Action for immediate attention.
