Create a Spreadsheet processor question within the question review flow.

To Create a Spreadsheet processor question type, go to the question review flow.
Now, click the Create button.
Now, select the Spreadsheet question type and click the Continue button.
Here, you can write an instruction, a question, and the criteria for the mark, much like an essay question.
Furthermore, you can customise the mark, difficulty level, and tags.
Once you've made a question, click the Save button.
Then, click the Send for Review option.
After you have published the quiz, it will look like this to your learners.
