Create a workflow to send product links after signup.

To send a product link after signing up, first create a workflow and select the "On learner signup send free product link" use case (6th choice).
Then click the Add use case button.
Here's an appropriate workflow chart. Now select the Subscribe trigger box.
Once you've clicked it, enter the event's title and select the On Learner Signup" option from the drop-down menu.
Then click the Save Event button.
Now, click the Action box.
Enter the action's title, and then select the appropriate action. I'm now selecting the Send a Message option.
Now Choose the Email channel and compose an email about the product's expiration. Next, click the Save action button.
Your reminder email is now ready to send.
For example, if your students sign up at your school, they will receive the written email.
Once you've finished customising it, click the Save option to save your changes.
Then, click the Publish button to start this workflow.
