[Promo Slider](https://support.learnyst.com/marketing?hsLang=en#promo-slider) # Add Promo Slider: Showcase the Announcements & Offers ## The Promo Slider lets you highlight courses, offers, or announcements with customizable images and text directly on your learners’ dashboard. The **Promo Slider** is a new feature that allows you to display promotional banners directly on the learner’s side of your platform. As an educator, you can fully customize the slider with images, text, links, and expiry dates to highlight your courses, sales, or important announcements. This makes it easier to engage learners and guide them toward key actions like enrolling in courses or accessing offers. ### Steps to Enable and Create a Promo Slider #### 1. Access Promo Slider - Go to the **Marketing \> Promo Slider** section in your admin dashboard. Click on **Promo Slider**. click on the **Create** button (available either at the top-right or center of the screen). --- #### 2. Create a New Slider - Enter the **Name** and **Description** for reference then Click **Create** to proceed --- #### 3. Preview Section - After creating, you’ll be directed to the **Preview Section**. - Click the **Edit** button on the top-right corner to start building your promo slider. --- #### 4. Promo Slider Builder Inside the builder: - Click on the **+  button** to select templates (this feature will be available in future updates). **Click on the Slider** to customize it. - **After clicking on the slider** you can able to customize the slider. **Select any slider** to customize it. --- #### 5. Customize Your Slider Click on the **Edit** button for each slider to customize it. You can modify: - **Slider Name** - **Slider Image** - **Image Fit Settings** - **Link URL** (where learners will be redirected when they click the slider) - **Expiry Date** (control until when the slider will be visible to learners) After updating these settings, click **Save** to apply changes. --- #### 6. Save Slider Settings - Once you’ve completed all customizations, save the entire promo slider settings to keep your changes. --- #### 7. Publish or Unpublish Slider - From the Promo Slider settings, you can **Publish** (set to Live) or **Unpublish** the slider. Click **Save** after making changes. --- #### 8. Delete a Promo Slider - Go to the **Delete Promo Slider** section. Enter the slider name and click **Delete**. --- #### Learner’s View On the learner’s side, the promo slider will be visible with your customized image, text, and link.
