Raise a Content Issue
If you find an issue with your course content, such as incorrect information, missing lessons, or content that is not loading properly, you can report it through the Helpdesk.

Sign in to your learner account and click your Profile icon.

Select Helpdesk.

Choose Content Issue.

Fill in the required details:
- Subject
- Category
- Description of the issue
- Provide as much information as possible so the educator can understand the issue and resolve it quickly.

After entering the details, click Raise Ticket.

Your content issue will be sent directly to the educator, who will review the request and resolve it as soon as possible.
