Raise a Technical Issue (Learners)

If you experience a technical issue while using your Learnyst school, you can raise a support ticket through the Helpdesk.

  • Sign in to your learner account and click your Profile icon.

  • Select Helpdesk.

  • Choose Technical Issue.

  • First, follow the troubleshooting steps displayed on the screen.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Step 1: Make sure your Internet connection is active, and the speed is at least 5 Mbps

     

  • Step 2: Make sure you are not using Incognito or private mode

     

  • Step 3: Close all browser tabs and restart the browser

     

  • Step 4: Clear browsing history, cookies, and cache

  • If the issue still persists, select the confirmation checkbox and click Generate.

  • Once Log updated, click Next to continue.

  • Fill in the support ticket with the required details:

    • Ticket Title
    • Issue Category
    • Specific Issue
    • Issue Description
    • VPN Status (whether you are using a VPN)
    • Screenshots or Images (optional but recommended)
  • After entering all the required information, click Submit.

  • Your support request will be sent to the Learnyst support team. Our team will review the issue and respond as quickly as possible to help resolve it.
