Reset Your (Learner) Password

You can change your account password at any time to keep your learner account secure.

  • To reset your password, sign in to your learner account and navigate to the Store page.

  • Click your Profile icon and select Account.

  • Go to the Settings section and click Reset Your Password.

  • Enter the following details:

    • Current Password
    • New Password
    • Confirm New Password
  • After entering the required information, click Submit.

  • Your password will be updated successfully. Use your new password the next time you sign in to your account.
