Searching from list of learners with filter applied
The Learnyst platform provides a powerful filter search feature that allows administrators to quickly find and manage learners based on various criteria
- Email: You can filter learners by their email addresses. For example, typing
@learnyst.com
will display all learners with email addresses from thelearnyst.com
domain. - Multi-Criteria Filters: To refine your search further, you can add multiple filters by clicking the Add Filter button. These additional filters can be based on criteria such as name, mobile number, or total amount spent.
- When adding filters, you can choose from various search operators like contains, is, is- not, starts with, ends with, and does not contain. These operators allow you to define specific conditions for each filter.
- The filter search feature supports nested filtering.
- For instance, you can first filter learners by name and then apply an additional filter based on mobile number to refine the results from the initial name search
- Click on select column to select specific columns to display.
Actions on Filtered Results:
- Create Groups: After applying the desired filters, you can create a new group containing the filtered learners.
- Send Message: The Send Message button enables you to broadcast a message to all the learners displayed in the filtered results.
