Send push messages to a group of learners.

Push messages allow you to instantly communicate with your learners on mobile devices and the website. You can send announcements, updates, or messages to a group of targeted learners

  • To create a Push Message, go to Marketing → Push Message

  • Click the Create Push Message button

  • Enter the Title and Click the Save & Next button

  • Now, select who should receive the message:

    • Group – Send to a specific group of learners
    • All Learners – Send to everyone

Note: Recipients cannot be changed once selected

  • Now you can see all the recipients. Now click Compose Message

  • Here, enter the following details:

    • Subject

    • Message Body

    • Deep Link

    • Image

  • Choose the devices where the message should be delivered:

    • Android Devices – Enable sending to Android users

    • iOS Devices – Enable to sending to iOS users

Note: Images are not supported on iOS

    • Website – Enable to send push notifications on the website
  • Then, click the Send Push Message button. 
  • You can now schedule them for later or send them directly. Choose the relevant one and then click the Send email button.
