Set a Notice Period for 1:1 Coaching

Set a notice period to control how close to the session start time learners can rebook or cancel their 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • To set the notice period, navigate to Settings

  • Then click the Notice Period.

  • Enter the minimum number of hours before the session starts within which a learner can rebook or cancel their booked slot.

  • Once you’ve set the required notice period, click Save to apply the changes.

  • Your notice period is now configured for 1:1 coaching bookings.
