Set Up Payment Gateway (LearnPe) in Learnyst

What is a Payment Gateway and Why is it Important?

A payment gateway is a system that allows you to securely collect payments from your learners when they purchase your courses. It acts as a bridge between your academy and the learner’s payment method, ensuring that transactions are processed safely and efficiently.

In Learnyst, setting up a payment gateway enables you to sell your courses and receive payments directly to your bank account.

Why is a Payment Gateway Important?

A payment gateway is essential for running a successful online academy because it helps you:

• Accept Payments Online – Allow learners to easily purchase your courses using various payment methods
• Ensure Secure Transactions – Protect payment data with secure processing systems
• Automate Payments – Receive payments without manual follow-ups
• Build Trust – A reliable payment system increases learner confidence during checkout
• Scale Your Business – Sell courses to a larger audience without payment limitations

Add Payment Gateway

• Go to the Admin Panel

  Navigate to Settings → Payment Gateways

• Click on the Add Payment Gateway button

• Select LearnPe from the list

• Click Save
  
  
  

Complete KYC Details

• Click on LearnPe to open its settings

• If KYC is not completed, click the notification link

• On the KYC page, click Create

• Enter your contact, address, and business details

• Click Save
  
  

Add Bank Details

• In the Bank Details section, enter:

  • Beneficiary Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
• Click Save
  
  
  
  

Configure and Publish

• Customize your invoice number

• Enable Set as Default to make LearnPe your primary gateway

• Click Publish Payment Gateway

• Then click Publish to send for approval

• The status will show as Requested.
• Your request will be reviewed by the Learnyst team. You can contact support to speed up approval.
