Set up the percentile ranking features for Mock test

The Learnyst platform allows you to indicate a student’s performance compared to other students with the percentile feature.

 

Enable Percentile Ranking for a Mock Test

Follow the steps below to set up percentile ranking:

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Content > Mock Test.

  3. Select the desired mock test.

  4. Click on the Settings button.

Enable Percentile Feature

  1. Scroll down to Advanced Features.

  2. Click on Percentile Ranking.

  3. Enable the Percentile Ranking option by selecting the checkbox.

  4. Click on the Save button.

Add Percentile Data

  1. Click on the Add Percentile option.

  2. Choose to add percentile for the Quiz or Section.

Upload Percentile File

  1. Click on Download Sample File.

  2. Edit the file in the given format.

  3. Click on the Import button to upload the edited file.

  4. Click on the Save button.

Repeat the same steps to add percentile data for each section if required.

The percentile ranking feature is successfully configured.

  • Once your learners complete the quiz, they can see their percentile rank on the result page
  • For example, If they are at the 60th percentile, they do better than 60 out of 100 learners.
