Track and Remove Learner's active devices

Admins can monitor and manage learner devices to detect and address suspicious activities, ensuring a secure learning environment.

  • To track and delete a learner's active devices, go to the Reports section and choose Active Devices from the dropdown menu.

  • Click the learner whose device details you want to see.

  • Here you can view the learner's device ID, device type, and creation date.
  • To remove access, choose the Device ID and click Delete device.

  • In the confirmation pop-up, click the Delete selected devices option.
