View Support Tickets raised by a particular learner

Easily access and review the support tickets submitted by a specific learner, allowing you to track their issues and provide follow-up as needed.

To view support tickets for a specific learner:

  • From the admin dashboard, navigate to Users > Learners.

  • Click on the learner whose support tickets you want to view
  • Scroll down to the Learner Account section and click on the Support Requests option.

  • This will display a list of all the support tickets that have been raised by the selected learner.
