Add a learner to a product manually

Manually registering learners for paid or trial access to products from admin dashboard

  • Log in to your Learnyst admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to Users > Learners.
  • Locate the learner you want to add to a course and click on their profile.

  • In the learner's profile, click the Add Product button.

  • Select the desired course or product from the list.
  • Choose the appropriate access type: Paid or Trial (free access).

The paid type registers an offline payment reflecting in transactions and sales on the dashboard., while the trial type does not.

  • Next choosing the pricing plan for which you wish to add the learner.

  • Then select the validity date and click the save button

  • After following these steps, the learner will be successfully added to the selected course or product. You can verify this by checking the "Products" section in the learner's profile, where the newly added course should be listed.
