Check your plan status and billing details

When you subscribe to Learnyst, subscription billing is prepaid. If you sign up on January 5, 2024, your next monthly billing date will be on February 5, 2024. For yearly payments, the same pattern applies but spans over a year.

Here is how to check your current plan details:

  • Navigate to School Settings.

  • Click on Billing under the General Settings label.

  • View current plan and addons under the subscription plan label. Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade.

  • Select View under Invoice History to view the generated bills listed under the Statement of Charges label.

  • To ensure smooth processing of future plan purchases, it is important to set up a billing address. Simply click on the View option next to the billing address section to add or make changes to your billing details.

GST is mandatory and applicable only for Indian users.
