Course Videos Not Playing (on web)
If course videos are not playing in your chrome browser, please follow instructions mentioned in every solution in same order.
Solution 1
Starting from Chrome version 53 onwards Flash player plugin in chrome browser is disabled by default.
Here is the general procedure to enable flash player in chrome browser :
Open Google chrome browser and open new tab
Enter chrome://plugins in address bar and hit enter
Enable Adobe Flash Player
Check Always allowed to run Check Box
Restart chrome browser
If you are looking operating system specific information please refer https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-chrome.html. After making this change course videos should play good.
Solution 2
Please check your internet connectivity. Ensure that your internet speed is more than 2 MBPS. You can check your internet speed at http://www.speedtest.net
Solution 3
Clear chrome browser cache or open course content in incognito mode.
Solution 4
Download Chrome cleanup tool - https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/ and clean-up chrome.
Solution 5
Download Chrome canary - https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html and try accessing the course.
Solution 6
Some times due to network issues, media resources stored on our servers will not be traced due to DNS lookup latency or there may be data loss in network path. We suggest you to try doing following changes in your network setting.
1. Change your system network setting to have Open DNS settings - https://use.opendns.com/
2. Try using other available network like broadband internet connection
