Create a workflow for send question paper after submitting the form.

On the Learnyst platform, you can send previous year question papers automatically when your learners submit the form.

  • To send a question paper after submitting the form, first create a workflow and select the Expand procspects pipeline by sending PYQPS (7th option) use case, then click the Add use case button.

  • Here's a suitable workflow chart. Now choose the Subscribe trigger choice.

  • Once you've clicked it, enter the event's title and select the On learner form submitted option from the drop-down option.

  • Then, select the form and click the Save event button.

  • Now, click the Action box.

  • Enter the action's title and then select suitable action. Now I'm selecting the Send a free resource option.

  • Then select the free resource and attachment.

  • Now, select the Email channel and compose an email about the product's expiration. Then, click the Save action button.

  • Now, your reminder email is ready.
  • For example, when your learners submit the selected form, they will receive the composed mail with previous year question papers.
  • Once you've customised it, click the Save button to keep your changes.

  • Then, click the Publish button to activate this workflow.
