Add an Assignment lesson to a course.

With a few simple clicks on the Learnyst platform, you can add an assignment lesson to your course



  • To add the assignment lessons to your course, go to Products > Courses > Select the desired course.
  • Then, click the "Add Lesson" button.
  • To include an assignment in your section, enter the lesson title, choose the Assignment option, and then, press the "Continue" button. 
  • Click the Add Question button to add a question to your assignment
  • Upon clicking, the Essay option appears on the right side. Select it. 
  • Add instructions for your assignment, questions, criteria, and an explanation for the answer.  To provide the percentage for criteria, enter the percentage here.
  • To add extra criteria, simply click on the Add Criteria button.
  • To configure the question, click the Settings symbol.
  • Set the mark, difficulty level, and tag additions for your question.
  • Click the Save button.
  • Click the upload explanation button and add an attachment.
  • After completing the editing of the assignment, click "Preview" to see your assignment.  

Note: Your students won't be able to examine the question until you publish your assignment.
