Create a workflow to send the free webinar link.

Send free live lessons to your learners when they submit the form. It will increase the marketing action.

To automatically send a free live session, select Attract Prospective Learners by conducting a live session use case in the workflow.
Create the workflow first, then select the Attract Prospective Learners by Conducting a Live Session Use Case.
Here is an appropriate process chart. Now, select the Subscribe trigger option.
Once you click it, here, enter the title of the event.
Then select the event from the drop-down menu. Now, I'm selecting the On learner form submitted option.
Then, select your forms option and click the Save Event button.
Then, select the Action option.
Here, enter the action's title, then choose an action from the drop-down menu. I'm now selecting the Register for Marketing Event option.
Then choose a marketing event.
If you want to send a reminder email to your learners, select the reminder time and click the Compose Message option.
Then, click the Save Action button.
Then, select another action option for sending a webinar join link.
Here, enter the action's title, then choose an action from the drop-down menu. I'm now selecting the Send a free webinar invitation option.
Then choose the free resource.
And choose a relevant webinar.
Then, select a channel. I have chosen the Email option.
If you chose Email, click the Compose Message and create an email for your learners.
Once you have finished writing the email, select the Save Action option.
Your marketing event and activities are now ready.
For example, if your learners submit any form, they will be instantly registered for the mentioned marketing event. Then they will receive an invitation to your live webinar via email.
Once you've customised it, click the Save button to save your modifications.
Then, click the Publish button to execute this workflow.
By following these steps, you can send an invitation to your live webinar via email automatically.
