Create a Pricing Plan

A comprehensive guide on creating and Publishing a Pricing Plan for a product.

A Pricing plan enables users to set a price for a product. Prior to publishing a product, it is essential to add a pricing plan. Additionally, users have the flexibility to offer products with multiple pricing plans.

Here is how you create a Pricing Plan for your Product: 

  • Navigate to Settings
  • Click on Pricing and Validity under the Pricing and Permissions label.
  • Click on Add Pricing Plan to add a new pricing plan for your Product. Click on desired Pricing plan.
  • Enter the relevant details:
    1. Plan Title – Name of the pricing plan
    2. Small Description – Short summary of the plan
    3. Long Description – Detailed explanation of the plan
    4. Visibility:

      • Public – Visible to all learners
      • Private – Accessible only to specific learners you invite
    5. Price – Original price of the product
    6. Discount Price – Reduced price (if applicable)
    7. Validity Options
      1. Set Validity – Enter the number of days the learner will have access
      2. Set Expiry – Select a specific date when access will end

    8. Trial Duration – A trial duration can be set to determine the number of days during which trial lessons can be accessed after enrolling in a course. The trial plan will expire after a set number of days from the current date.
    9. Location – Select applicable regions (if required)
    10. Renewal Plan – Link a plan for renewal after expiry
    11. Payment Gateway – Choose the payment method for this plan
    12. Coupon Code – Apply coupons for discounts
    13. Plan Type

      • Normal – Available for new learners
      • Renewal – Available only for learners renewing their access
  • Click on Add Pricing Plan.
  • Once you add the pricing plan, you must publish, for it to be visible to the learners
  • Once the course is published, the learners will view the sales card of a One Time Purchase plan.
