Deactivate a sub admin's access
You may need to remove a sub-admin's access to your system, either due to security concerns, job role changes, or other reasons
To deactivate a sub-admin's account and remove their access, follow these steps:
- From your admin dashboard, navigate to the Users and then click on Sub-Admins.
- This will display a list of all active sub-admins within your organization.
- Select the sub-admin whose access you wish to revoke and select their account.
- Click on the Deactivate button.
- The state of the sub admin will be changed to Inactive.
Deactivating a sub-admin's account does not erase their account or any associated data permanently. The admin can again enable sub admin.
