Overview of Affiliate Program:
The affiliate program allows a school to empower its learners to become affiliates and earn commissions by promoting and selling the school's products. The enrolled learners share their unique referral codes to boost sales.
We have to Enable Affiliate for our school:
- Navigate to Marketing > Affiliates from your dashboard.
- Click on Enable Affiliates to activate the program.
- Next click on settings to configure.
- Choose whether to make the program public or private:
- Public: Allows any learner from the school to join the affiliate program. We can enable Ask Admin feature so that any learner can send a request to the admin for joining the affiliate program.
- Private: Requires admin approval for learners to become affiliates
- We can have two different types of affiliates, Premium and Standard. We can offer varying discount for premium and standard affiliates.
- Set the percentage-based discount that will be applied to products when other learners use the affiliate's referral link.
- Set the percentage-based commission that the affiliate will earn on each sale made through their referral link
Managing Affiliate Products:
Specific products can be added for discounts when affiliates share their codes with other learners.
To set up affiliate products:
- Go to Affiliate Products.
- Click Add Product to include a new product in the affiliate program.
- For each product, click on it and enable it for the affiliate program.
- Set the percentage discount that learners will get when using the affiliate's referral link.
- Set the percent commission that the affiliate will earn on each sale made through their referral link.
This serves as the default discount and commission for Standard Affiliates.
Managing Affiliate Users:
Admin can also create affiliates by adding learner details. Here's how learner can create or manage affiliates:
Creating New Affiliates:
- Go to Affiliate Users.
- Click on Create and fill in the user's details.
- Choose between making the user a Premium or Standard affiliate
Managing Existing Affiliate:
- Click on an Affiliate.
- View the affiliate's statistics, including Total Sales and Total Commission by clicking on any learner.
- Navigate to the settings option to adjust the settings for an affiliate, such as switching the affiliate type between Standard and Premium or changing the affiliate coupon code.
- Click Bank account or affiliate details.
- You can view the Account number of the Affiliate that the affiliate would have added from the Affiliate dashboard on the Learner's side.
Affiliate Dashboard for the Learners:
Learners can join the Affiliate program if it is set to Public for the school. To become an Affiliate as a learner, simply follow these steps:
- Navigate to Affiliate Dashboard by clicking on Profile > Affiliate Dashboard.
- Click Join as Affiliate to enroll in the program. If admin approval is necessary, the admin will receive a request that can be accepted or denied.
- On the affiliate dashboard:
- Learners can share their Unique Affiliate Coupon Code for specific products selected by the admin.
- Learners can enter their bank details or UPI for payouts processing by the admin.
- Learners can view product details and commissions or share checkout links with automatic code application.
- Learners can share their Unique Affiliate Coupon Code for specific products selected by the admin.
Payout History:
This section allows you to view all the payouts, both pending and completed to the affiliates.
- If an affiliate has a pending payout, you can click on their name and mark the payout as Paid once you have processed the payment.
- Marking the payout as Paid will automatically update the Learner's dashboard to reflect the completed payout.
Affiliate Request:
For schools with Admin Approval, administrators review and approve or deny learner requests to join the Affiliate Program.
- Go to the Affiliate Requests.
- Here you will see the Pending Requests, which you can choose to Approve or Reject.
- Once a request is Approved, the learner will be added as an Affiliate.
