Obtain the progress report of learners

To track the progress of your students, go to the Reports option, located on the left side of the menu bar.
Then Select the Progress and Scores option. and select Course Progress option now.
You can see all of your courses here. Click on any particular course now.
On the following screen, you will be able to see all the learners who have signed up for that course and their completion status.
You can also sort the list ascending and descending by clicking on the columns with triangle symbols, such as the Enrollment Date and Expiry Date columns.
Here, you can use these options to narrow down your learners list.

Filter By Enroll Date: This feature allows you to narrow down enrollment based on the enrollment date.
Select columns: Use this option to select the columns you want to analyze.
Add filter: Click on the Add Filter button and filter the results by selecting the Name, and Enrollment Type. Once you select all the filters, click on the Apply Filter Button.

Once you filter the result, you can form a group or send a message to your learners based on the results of this filter by clicking on these buttons.
After you have filtered the learner's details, click the Export button to download the progress details. The reports will be emailed to your registered mail id.
You can get the Test series, Bundle, and Subscription progress report in the same way.

On the Learnyst platform, you can access your learner's progress information, including completion rates, expiration dates, and scores.
