What is Rest of the World Currency?
Rest of the World serves as the default location for a product. If a location is not published, the learners in that location will see the product prices in the Rest of the World currency.
Add Courses to a Published Location:
- Create a New Course or add an existing course in the newly published geographical location.
- Navigate to Pricing and Permissions under the Course Settings and click on Pricing Plans.
- Click on Add Pricing Plan to create a plan for the new location.
- Enter the course price in the currency of the new location and then specify the new location under the Location Label.
- Before publishing a pricing plan for a different location, make sure to have a pricing plan published for the Rest of the World location.
- After setting up pricing plans, Publish the Course to make it available to learners.
- Return to Location Settings. Click on the Location which you last added. Say, Click on USA.
-
Click on the location and access the settings for the chosen location.
-
Under the Publish Status, click on Publish to make products available in that location.
View Product from Published Location:
This is the view that learners from the selected location will have access to. You can use VPN and switch the location (like USA in this case) to verify for the Learner interface.
Schools can create multiple pricing plans published for the same location, with the default pricing plan highlighted on the sales card for that location.
