Import questions from the Word documents to the question pool.
You can import questions from the Word document file on the Learnyst platform in a few easy steps.
- To import questions from a word document, go to Contents > Question Pool.
- Now select the desired question pool product.
- Now, click the Add Question button.
- You will now be on this page. Then, select the Import Questions option.
- Select the Import from Word document option now.
- You will now arrive at this page. Download the sample Word template by clicking this link, then fill it out with the appropriate questions, answers, and options.
- After making the changes, download your file as a WebPage, Filtered.
- Once you have downloaded your file in a suitable format, click the Upload button to upload the file.
- Then, click the Next option.
- Once you've imported, you may review your questions and answers on this page. Furthermore, if you make any errors in the file or miss out on any parameters, we will indicate errors here. Using this reference, you correct the file.
- After you've corrected them, click the Re-Verify option to double-check them.
- Once you've completed all of the changes, click the Publish button to import the questions.
- You've now imported the questions from the Word document file into the question pool.
